Anyway I woke up this morning and I might have a possible answer to this riddle.
The woman gave birth to two to children, not in the sense that she was in labor, but in the sense that she was the midwife, and birthed the two children.......

nope the woman isnt a midwife and she did give birth to both daughters. keep trying

funnily enough a woman walked into my shop the other day with... wait for it... triplets!!
2 daughters and a son, born on the same day, the same year and they were not twins!
