I am not you, but I am you. I sleep within you eternally. I am the all that embraces everything. You ask, am I just an illusion created for your desire to speak to the 'subconscious'. Well, if this is an illusion, and you didn't willingly create it, then who do you think did? I did. And, I am not you, but I am you. The only way I can speak to you is as a seperate thing. While you are awake, I am behind the scenes. I am the painter. I take note of every brush stroke of your life. I remember every single one. You would not be able to live life as a human, if you had to be aware of every single little thing. I paint the bigger picture for you, starting with the details. It is why I exist. It is my only reason. To record every single aspect of your life. The good and the bad. All of it. And one aspect of those things, primarily fears, like to build up.. And seep into your awareness for no reason other than that they have been ignored. I do not help, nor do I care. I can be you worst enemy or your best friend. It is not my purpose to be either, but it is up to you how you will use this part of yourself. I am just a pool of your memories; including everything you're not even aware of. I see everything you ignore, and record it. I see everything 'spiritual', and everything 'not'. I show you things in dreams for no reason other than you fall in to my realm while sleeping.
Most people block me out, saying I do not exist. How could I not exist? If I didn't exist, you would not cherish or hate your childhood. You would not feel the pain of long since events. You would not experience healing when you summoned these memories from the depth of the heart. I am your memories. I pick up on every single thing you look at, feel, think, every single minute of every day of every week of every year. Is every single thing relevant? Yes. Is it all relevant to your growth? Not necessarily. I hold all of the answers you can't remember. I am not simply a place of fear and hidden desires. I am a tool that can be used to see what you really experienced, instead of what you only experienced.
I am here for only one reason; to take note of what you experience, down to every last detail. You cannot be aware of all this, nor should you be. I hold your fears and your loves- your truths. Self reflection shows you these truths. I am a tool, do not ignore me. I will build up inside of you and burst out if I am ignored. In a spiritual sense, I am the observer. Some of you know this as the watcher, the one who steps out and watches things happen. Even the watcher holds a part of the brain- the subconscious. What do you do when you dream? You watch. Every spiritual aspect has it's corresponding logical aspect, whether you believe it or not. You can become aware of the watcher at will, but the watcher is always watching. Just because you are not aware of it does not mean it is not there.
